The quality control starts from Inward of the raw material,until the finished goods is dispatched.
Production
Panday Group is having manufacturing units located at M.I.A, Gudli and other Industrial Areas in Udaipur.The Group also have various mining areas in different parts of rajasthan.
Panday group is producing 900 m.t of finished goods everyday sourced from their own mining leased areas and from this Panday Group is manufacturing powder from 80%- 98% of whiteness and Mesh from 200 to 700 as required by the various industries.
Packaing Facilities
The Company has overhead cranes which gives easy handling and filling of bags upto one tonne.
Company fulfills all the requirements of packaging standards as per export orders from 25 Kg. to 1 Tonne capacity.
All packing process is supervised by trained staff.
Storage of Raw Material
Panday Group is having covered sheds for It's Raw Materials and Finished Goods:
1. Consistent quality and regular supply to its customer.
2. It can supply standard material to its customer in rainy season too.
3. Material dose not spoil its quality in bad weather.
